Kristin Cavallari accuses Jay Cutler of sexual misconduct on her divorce papers

Kristin Cavallari will divorce her husband Jay Cutler. On Cavallari’s divorce papers she accuses Cutler of, “sexual misconduct.” She also cites, “irreconcilable differences,” as another reason for her divorce. Cavallari is the one pushing for the divorce. Cavallari says that, “[Cutler] is guilty of such inappropriate marital conduct as renders further cohabitation unsafe and improper.”

Cavallari attempts to gain full-custody of her three children. Her children are named Camden Jack, 7, Jax Wyatt, 5, and Saylor James, 4. Cutler argues that he was an, “available at-home parent and primary caretaker of the parties’ minor children.” Cavallari disagrees. She says that she was, “the primary residential parent,” and is, “a fit and proper person to be named Primary Residential Parent.”

Cavallari and Cutler were married for 10-years. Cutler played in the NFL for 12-seasons. He played on the Chicago Bears football team for most of his time in the NFL.
