Now, Joshua Bassett releases a new single. The single is named, “Doppelgänger.” You can find the definition of the word on the website called Dictionary.com. Doppelgänger is defined as, “an apparition or double of a living person,” on that website.

The new song is about Joshua as he enters a coffee shop. Joshua spies a girl at the coffee shop that looks exactly like his ex-girlfriend. Joshua recollects memories about the times that spent with his ex-girlfriend in the lyrics of the song.

The song is sweet, soulful, and touching.

Joshua Bassett was also recently in the news because of a shocking piece of information that went public. Joshua Bassett told the public that he is a survivor of sexual assault.

Joshua explained that he remembers the abuse that he went through as a child. He explained that he was abused when he was five-years-old. The person that abused him was someone in his family.

Despite news about this tragic event, Joshua Bassett makes strides in the music industry.
